The office of London Block Management is open between 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

The Portfolio Manager, responsible for the management of Harrods Village, is on site once a week. Please liaise with the Estate Manager or London Block Management directly to arrange an appointment.

The Emergency Out of Hours contact telephone number of London Block Management is 07827 018 184, operated between 6:00 pm – 9:00 am on weekdays and 24 hours a day on weekends and Bank Holidays.

We would encourage any emergencies to be flagged to the gatehouse in the first instance, who will triage any issues and contact London Block Management if appropriate.

London Block Management's instruction only extends to the management and maintenance of communal areas of the development; if you have any problems within your property, you should make the appropriate arrangements with a local contractor or handyman.
